How winners find out
We contact every winner directly — by phone or email, within two working days of the draw. There is nothing to claim, no deadline to beat, and no action needed on your part. If you have won, we will find you.
A winner is named here only if they have told us they are happy to be, and then only in shortened form. Say no and nothing changes about your prize — the row simply records the ticket rather than the person.
